Wild Pink Salmon Linguini with Fresh Feta Cheese and Fresh from the Garden Cherry tomatoes

Sautee a few hot peppers in olive oil. Add sliced onions, sautee those til translucent. Add the cherry tomatoes, sautee for a little while. Add canned salmon. stir. Add 5 or so minced cloves of garlic. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Add a generous amount of fresh feta cheese.

Boil pasta to al dente. Drain, reserving a little water for the sauce. Add pasta to the sauce. Mix well. Cook the sauce down if necessary to reduce liquid. Plate. Drizzle a little olive oil on the pasta. And mangia. Eat well.
